Eating fish is capable to prevent diabetes


In a recent survey conducted by a leading research institute theory has been emerged that eating fish reduces risk of diabetes in person in higher age group with high chances of cardiovascular risk. Fish in contrary to red meat is a staple diet has health advantages for the heart.

Whereas red meat leads to problem of higher blood pressure, diabetes and a moderate reduction in life expectancy due to cancer and heart disease. The increase of Omega-3 in the cells of the skeletal muscles improves insulin sensitivity, a factor related and contributing to the lowered risk of diabetes.
